Is the Free Membership really free?
Our standard membership is truly free! All members can send and receive
messages for free; there is no time limit to this privilege. We only
ask that you are honest, courteous and respectful towards your fellow
members.
What are the advantages of Gold Circle membership?
The Gold Circle is our highest level of membership, it is reserved for
intelligent responsible singles who serious about finding the right partner
for a lasting relationship. Background checks are required for Gold Circle
membership.

Is online dating safe?
Yes, especially if you use our site! Our background checks and our emphasis
on recruiting responsible singles who seek long-term relationships make
our site much safer to use than other dating sites. With any service,
including ours, you must use caution, common sense and your own intuition,
if you do so our competitor’s sites are also safe.
You can limit your correspondence to Gold Circle members who have passed
a criminal records background check.

Kind Love .Net serves Christian singles of all
ages, the most popular age range is upper 30s - low 60s.
The Intelligent Dating Network offers four communities in addition to
Kind Love.Net with the following age ranges:
Young Singles .Net Minimum age 18, most members
are in the 18 – 40 age range.
Children Yes .Com Minimum age 18, most members
are in their 20s, 30s & 40s.
Single Professionals .Com Minimum age 21, members
are chiefly in the 30s, 40s, 50s & 60s.
Responsible Singles .Net Minimum age 21, primarily
singles in their 50s, 60s & 70s, including active intelligent middle
aged, retired, semi-retired and senior singles.
Are there more men or more women members?
Over all we have a close to equal number of men and women participating
in our communities. We try to keep a good gender balance in all age ranges,
although there is a tendency to have more women than men in the over
50 age range and to have a few more men than women in the under 30 age
range.
I am an older women, is it possible for me to find a
nice man near my age?
Yes there are older men who are willing to date women their own age,
however there are quite a few women looking for those gentlemen. You
may need to use a little more effort and persistence in your search;
you should join one or more of our communities and perhaps also use the
services of one or more of our competitors.
After you join be proactive! Don’t just sit there and wait for gentlemen
to send messages to you. You should send First Messages to gentlemen
on a regular basis. I know that women often prefer to be pursued by a
gentleman, that’s fine you can be pursued all you like but first you
have to get his attention. ;-) In our experience women make send less
than 25% of the First Messages, this is indeed unfortunate.
You will have more gentlemen to choose from if you are open to meeting
men who are somewhat older than you. Most of the gentlemen in our communities
are active and physically fit; many look considerably younger than their
age.

the age differences the lower your response rate will be. Please do not

there are in your age range! You will find it easier to get along with
a woman close to your age. If you date someone much more than ten years
younger than yourself you are likely to encounter a generation gap.
What is including in the Gold Circle background check?
For your safety and security we require background checks as a condition
of Gold Circle membership. We start the background
check by verifying identity using a combination of name, date of birth
and address information. A partial social security number match is made
to confirm the identity (this only requires the first three digits of
the social security number). Date of birth, current and previous residential
addresses are confirmed, this information is then used to conduct a criminal
records search. Criminal records are checked on a national level, then
on a state and/or county level, depending on the jurisdiction.
For a number of good reasons the background checks do not include credit
checks, the main reason is that your personal finances are none of our
business. There are legal considerations that would preclude us from
running credit checks even if we were inclined to do so.
We use reliable sources with years of experience in collected public
records data. Background checks are not guaranteed to find every criminal
incident, or absolutely verify marital status and date of birth, however
they are an effective deterrent to individuals who do not meet our high
standards of membership.
What will cause an application to be rejected?
We are particular; we will reject an applicant with a felony conviction
or a misdemeanor conviction of a crime against person(s), property or
a crime of a sexual nature. More than one DUI and/or DWI conviction within
the past seven years will also cause rejection. Other significant misdemeanor
convictions and restraining orders may be cause for rejection, these
are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We have provided high-quality introduction services since 1994; our experience
has confirmed the value of criminal records background checks. We include
the fact that we require background checks in our advertising; most people
with criminal records don’t even bother to contact us. Occasionally people
will call us and tell us about their “little problem”, usually the “little
problem” isn’t so little and we must tell them that we cannot consider
them for membership.
However, we still find issues that cause us to reject applicants. Rarely
do we see felonies; however we do see misdemeanor offences or restraining
orders that indicate to us that a prospective member is not suitable
for our service.
What is your Privacy Policy?
We will not sell, rent or share the information collected on this site
to any person or organization. We use the information collected on this
site to provide services to our clients and to conduct background checks
on new members, which requires us to transmit some information to reputable
security firms. Our database is utilizes advanced security technology
and critical forms are protected by 128 bit encryption.
Profile information - Only members of your communities
will be able to read your profile. Additionally access to your profile
by other members of your communities is controlled by your Privacy Preference,
which you will set when you join. You can easily change your Privacy
Preference at anytime; there are three Privacy Preference options:
1) All members of your communities, including
members who have not completed background checks, may view your profile.
2) Only Gold Circle members who have passed a
background check may view your profile. A regular member will see your
profile only if you send a message to him or her. You do not need to
be a Gold Circle member to use this option.
3) Unlisted; only the members you send messages
to may view your profile. this option is reserved for Gold
Circle members
